Ouch!
I had the contrasting procedure done today. After the two hour procedure and 4 hours of recovery, I was having a hard time moving into my new bed. I had a lot of pain on my left side, so I was getting help from some hospital workers. They were moving me from bed to bed on a board. I'm sure this was completely accidental, but the mover on one side didn't realize I had these external drainage bags. When he moved me, the bag was stuck and it pulled the stent out. I'm not going to lie, it hurt really bad and I screamed. It was so painful. David thinks it doesn't appear to be too damaged, but I have to have contrasting done again tomorrow to replace this stent. I have been in a lot of pain, in fact I just took a double dose of pain medication, so this is short. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Sheri,
Here's to a better day tomorrow and then back home soon after. As others have said, stay strong and know that good vibes are flowing your way from those of us here in the Great Northwest. And David, the same goes for you.
Love to you both,

Sheri and David,
Saw the kids last night at the "Night of Fights" and all seemed to be enjoying the event. There were several good matches and it would be hard to say who the best boxer was. You, however, get my vote for best fighter! Praying extra hard that today will be pain free and full of good news

Okay, I'll have to confess. I have severely mashed someone's fingers in an x-ray table, however I would be devasted if I had any part of pulling out a biliary stent. I can't imagine how bad that hurt!!! I'm certain that stent got pulled out so the new TURBO stent you hopefully received today works 100%better and gets your bilirubin down to a treatable level..Girl, you are one tough cookie. Hope today and every other day is full of good news and no pain. Love the Oney's
Dear Sheri and family,
I have been following your progress eventho I haven't written on your blog yet. So sorry to hear about the stent being pulled. I hope the procedure today went well and you are draining even more than ever! You are in our thoughts and prayers,

Neil and I continue to follow your progress. I was so pleased to see who your oncologist is--that medical group is one in a million! Keep fighting the good fight. We will continue with all the good thoughts and prayers for you and your family.
Blessings and friendship,
Neil and Tracy
Oh, Sheri, that is so frustrating! I am really sorry that happened to you. I learned with my mom to always have someone there to tell or remind the workers about everything...some just don't know and some just don't pay attention. I hope you feel better soon and that you don't have to endure additional suffering at the hands of careless "helpers". LIVESTRONG!
